FSSC22000 & EU Certificate

FSSC22000 is a Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) recognized certification scheme. It ensures that our food grade PET jars are produced under strict hygiene controls and full traceability. Our FSSC22000 certification covers the entire production process – from raw material receiving to finished product dispatch. We also comply with EU regulations for food contact materials. FSSC22000,EU and FDA test reports are available upon request.

Our system is audited annually by an accredited certification body.

We implement a strict quality control process to ensure every jar meets your specifications.

1. Incoming raw material inspection
Every batch of 100% virgin PET/PP/PE is tested. We verify SGS certificates and supplier documents.

2. In-process checks
Every 30 minutes, our QC team checks:
- Dimensional tolerance
- Visual defects (cracks, bubbles, contamination)
- Sealing performance

3. Traceability
All records are documented under the FSSC22000 system. Each production batch can be traced back to raw material source, production date, and QC operator.

We provide full test reports with every shipment. Our on-time delivery rate exceeds 98%.
